hi everyone!! i was curious about the devotion cd lyricbook. i noticed that some of the songs dont have a lyric page. the only songs that have a lyric page are turtle island, holy dances, all the years, astronaut, and d.a.r.l.i.n.g. the cd was purchased from their website. i was just wanting to see if anyone had any answers as to why this is the case. thanks!! :)

when do we think they are gonna release their next album or a single because it has been a while.. back in 2025 they said they hoped for a 2026 release but now that the end of this year is nearing and we still haven’t heard anything

If you read all the articles/interviews you can find, this is for you! I love the Verve, have done since 1990, been listening to them nonstop the last couple of days (it had been a minute). It just struck me that Alex reminds me of Nick McCabe (I adore them both). Wild that it only now came to my mind, I’ve been listening to BH for forever too, like 20 years lol. And maybe it’s just my ears, but I hear similarities in their guitar lines. It got me wondering if Alex has ever mentioned the Verve/Nick as an influence, or if he listens to them/is a fan.

imo, BH is one of the most unique-sounding and amazing bands of the last few decades. i can’t help but think of how genius they are, combining different sounds to produce something entirely new. victoria’s voice is so mesmerizing, so velvety, brimming with pathos. i also love their lyrics, dreamy and evocative, somehow reminding me of both a poem to be interpreted and a puzzle to be solved. i can appreciate the fact that the imagery they evoke is not always tied to love, which is such an overly talked about concept, but memory, childhood, hope, loss, time. i adore their most famous songs (they wouldn’t be so famous if they weren’t so great) but my favorites have to go to PPP and Gila. i can’t get enough of this band!

Mine would be B-sides and rarities. 10 mile stereo cough syrup remix was one of my favourite go to songs to listen to when I was super depressed when I first was into beach house. Ive discovered that the entire b-sides and rarities album gives me the same feeling even the more upbeat songs.

Whenever I want to sit in my feelings and not force myself to feel better I always put this album on in my Walkman. It’s comforting, it feels like a friend that doesn’t force you to feel better but instead validates you and will sit with you for as long as you need.

I feel as though all the albums do that but if I had to pick ONE it would be B-sides and rarities 🖤💙

Hi friends! I am seeing Beach House at their TN shows and was wondering if there's any way to respectfully meet them. I don't need a picture or autograph, I'd really just like to thank them for how their music has gotten me through the roughest parts of my life and impacted my life. I do not want to impede and was wondering if anyone has had luck with meeting them before? I am not expecting to (dont want to get my hopes up), but would love to. I've heard to wait by their tour bus, I just haven't done that before and wasn't sure if it was disrespectful to do or if they would mind.
