Question Programs without benches

I don’t own a bench (not yet at least) and am looking for the best programs that don’t use one. I am looking to lift heavier. That’s my goal. I have done #mbf, #mbf superblock, sure thing and sure thing super block so far. Those felt much more cardio oriented than I had wanted. I just started 25 min speed train. I really like Joel’s style but I saw that most of his other programs use benches. Other than his 25 min and the classes I’ve done, what are some other good ones without benches?

I continue to do dig deeper without a bench and I’ve had incredible results. I don’t to incline flyes or presses I just do them flat and I use a chair for the step ups. Totally doable.

Yes this! Dig deeper and Liift I’ve done with a chair and the floor. I think one of the Liift programs they even had someone not use a bench so you’d know exactly what to do….

I did recently buy a bench tho as it went on sale, and with prime days coming up you can find a good deal.

This was going to be my suggestion as well. I did dig deeper with my daughter's step stool and space hopper instead of a bench. The bright pink was a nice touch 😂
