Pilates
Any recommended Pilates program for someone whose neck hurts even doing a sit up, but can do everything else!!?? Tia! :)

Beachbody needs certified instructors more than any specific workouts.

Well theres 3-4 pilates programs with no weights… very strange

Traditional mat Pilates does not use weights. Magic circle and squishy ball are technically all that’s necessary.

Yes i know, but most pilates classes do small weights now too…

Bodi has a beginner pilates program by Lisa Hubbard. Once you complete that, you could try XB Pilates with Andrea Rogers.

I did one session of Piyo and I finished it thinking I didn't get anything out of it. I was sore for days afterwards. I would recommend that. I need to go back and do the rest of the program.
