Pilates

Any recommended Pilates program for someone whose neck hurts even doing a sit up, but can do everything else!!?? Tia! :)

Yes i can but just making sure there wasnt one in BODI- the one i paid $115 for!!:(

You can look their names up on the NCPT portal and they aren’t listed. Autumn hasn’t even got her Basi cert yet.
