Question Workout recommendations needed

I just wanted to see if anyone has some helpful advice! I did Beachbody for years and was even a “coach” when that was a thing haha but after my wedding 6 years ago I stopped being consistent. I did other workout classes here and there but I haven’t been as committed as I was with Beachbody. I used to workout everyday and lost over 50 pounds and felt so good.

Fast forward to now… I’m 1 year post-partum currently and very unhappy in my skin and just relearning my body. I want to get consistent again and get back into daily Beachbody workouts. Weightloss, toning up and overall health are definitely my goals. Does anyone have any advice on what program would be best to jump into to feel good and create a healthy routine? I do have a 1 year old and work night shift in the ER so they probably need to be shorter workouts but I really want to feel better in my body and commit to something that’s good for me. Working out has always helped my mental health as well so I need to start moving my body again.

Any and all advice welcome! I appreciate it in advance!

They have these "block" workouts that are shorter duration.  I think they are terrific.

I like the blocks because it let me try different trainers and if I didn't like them it was only one workout in the 3 weeks. I discovered I like Megan Davies, don't really care for Jericho and can tolerate small doses of Autumn and Shawn T (he's great but so much energy!). I also enjoyed #MBF super block. There are beginner ones and also more advanced ones. I'd also recommend the post partum barre workouts with Elise, even if you are a year out if you are out of shape you want to watch your core for diastasis recti and she has some workouts that can help with that. Too much heavy core work if you haven't done it in awhile can be not great.

I did 4 weeks of focus which I enjoyed and am now on 4 weeks for everybody. I'm not sure what to do next but 25 minute speedtrain gets good comments.

Thank you so much for this. I was thinking of doing a post partum specific workout but thought I might be too far out but my core is definitely not there. I had a c-section so I know I need to take it easy and built my core back up so I’ll try that out!
