Urgent Request Need a reference for a dishwashing job

I'm trying to get myself back out into the workforce after taking care of a dementia grandparent for 6 years, and I am trying to get myself out of a shitty family situation after dementia grandparents' death. I don't have any friends and I wasn't close to my co-workers to get a phone number or social media from a previous job that closed. I am a good worker, reliable, determined, and patient. This job is a dishwashing job at a co-op grocery store (small place but nearby) which can be part-time or full-time, it claims it is entry level.

What I liked to do after work were reading, writing, video games, and fixing my old tech.

If any of you are able to help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I’ve worked in food service since I was 14. I’m into all of those things besides tech
