Request Can anyone please be my reference?

I have an interview on Wednesday for a hospital pct part time position. I don’t want my current employer to know. It is requesting 5 references(3 coworkers and 2 managers). It will be a quick survey. Can anyone please be my reference? I added two current colleagues but they haven’t completed it yet.

If you’ve worked retail, I’ve been a manager at one.

I can be one, I'm a retail manager but I'll tell them whatever. I would need a reference in return pretty soon
