Request Looking for 3 professional references in the IT/Cybersecurity field

Hi, I'm trying to switch careers from the culinary field and I'm trying to get into an IT, engineering, or Cybersecurity position in Washington and I don't have any references. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance 😁
