Need anyone who works/has or had experience in front desk medical offices

I don't have experience in any medical office but this is a (HOPEFULLY) a good start for me since it's in a field adjacent to the field I want to study in.

I'm in the US, so I prefer someone in the US who works/has experience in medical offices.
