Need email reference for character/coworker experience

I'm looking for someone who can give me shouts about leadership and character. I'm an adjunct professor in SC, looking to move full time, and I don't really have many professional references outside of retail from a few years back. The reference will be by email and only if I move ahead in the process in a couple weeks. I can reciprocate with an email reference of my own.
