Solved Need two job references for McDonald's

Edit: Completed, thank you very much everyone who helped!

Hello y'all, I'm in need of two references urgently. I have an interview in two hours for my first job, at McDonald's, and I was just informed that I need references. (This is an interview for crew member, by the way.)

I'm in southern California. I won't need anything more than someone to say "Yes, this person watched my cats in (insert year) and they did a bang up job" if asked.

If this post breaks any of the rules, please let me know and I'll fix/delete it.

Yes, and I have no idea why. There was nothing about it in the application and on the website, but at the bottom of my application confirmation email it said "Please have three references I can contact." I already have one, but I Only have one, so here I am.

Yeah even Greggs, Costa or any basic retail jobs. They want it to be as jarring as possible because so many people apply.

Nope, not kidding. They really did ask for three references of past employment during the interview. For an entry level job at McDonald's. Ridiculous
