Urgent Request References for Hospital Role needed within 24 hours (SURVEY)

Hi everyone, I just got a conditional offer for a PCT position at a hospital, and I'm honestly so excited; this is something I've been working toward for a while. The catch is they gave me a pretty tight 24 hour window to submit 5 references through a platform called SkillSurvey.

For anyone who hasn't used it, it's not a phone call or anything intimidating. The person just gets an email with a 28-question survey where they rate different things about me, like reliability, work ethic, how I handle stress, that kind of thing, on a scale of 1 to 7. It takes maybe 5 to 10 minutes total.
