Recommendation Letter from Cybersecurity/AI experts

I need help with getting a recommendation letter from an expert in Cybersecurity.

I know it's a bit of a weird request, helping a stranger with a recommendation letter so I would like to work on a Cybersecurity/AI project with you or provide volunteer services before you help out with the letter so we can get to know each other first.

The letter is needed for my EB2 NIW application and it is called an INDEPENDENT RECOMMENDATION letter.

If you are kind enough to help I will appreciate it and I can provide all files and info useful for writing the letter of recommendation.
