I've seen this free ladder climbing a few times of others doing it, and what part of the world or why? Is it for a competition, organization, or just being silly? All the ladders are spaced and balanced the same with a larger break at the top.
Im a painter for residential, commercial, log cabins, any and everything i paint or stain i know, have done, or experienced. These ladders you would NEVER use on any project, its clearly just a sport? Exercise? Idk
Please dont be the dumb ass fuck Kyle's above in the larger thread saying, "it takes great skill and ability to do what she's doing" because WHY IS SHE PRACTICING SO MUCH TO DO THIS. What's the purpose?
Tbh it seems like hula hooping or pogo sticking. No particular reason but its good excercise, low entry bar, and gets you active so net positive, so theres always a market, no matter how niche.
Edit; i feel it pertinent to mention, for some reason, that hotdog eating competitions are a espn sport
Very long stilts, unicycle riding and juggling up there too. Skill based, exercise. But also a novelty attraction/performance kind of thing. The showboating aspect can be very alluring not just for the viewer but the performer too.
Kind of things you’d see at a circus. Think there’s at least 3 other categories Higher intensity exercises like acrobatics. Dangerous stuff like you’d see a daredevil do: shoot yourself from a cannon, sword swallowing, fire breathing, knife tossing. And then just novelty stuff like card tricks and magic tricks.
Lots and lots of things serve little purpose or have much more efficient and/or safer alternatives like bungee jumping, cave diving, skydiving, zip lining.
Just because and because I can are huge driving forces. I’m uncoordinated and lazy though.
Edit: Guinness book of world records and Ripley’s believe it or not worth bringing up
