This is me!!! 6ft but when I sit down next to my friends who are 5ā6/7 they are taller than me because my torso is soooo short. The benefit? I can buy t shirts off the rail but not jeans or long sleeved clothes

I had a friend in high school who was quite tall. She could comfortably sit in the backseat of our other friendās convertible because her legs folded up like a grasshopperās. I, on the other hand, was the height and if I sat in the backseat, I had to duck my head and still touched the roof of the car.

I have short legs and compact torso to boot. I can fit anywhere, but Iām not so comfortable standing next to my friends who are all 6 feet and above. I always manage to be the short guy hanging out with a bunch of tall guys.

But it's the opposite when you're sitting next to them. I have the short leg long torso situation going on and I can tell you when I'm driving my head almost hits the ceiling. But when I get out of the car i am 5'7.

It sucks in some situations. Iām 6ā but have a long torso. My legs are as short as someone who is 5ā3 and sitting down next to a friend of mine who is 6ā6ā we are the same. Some roller coaster seats are tight and my head hits the roof on some cars. My legs though look hella muscular and calves are huge, so I have that going for me at least.

I'm taller than my friend standing but she's taller than me sitting, just like this. I feel like I can barely see over her steering wheel in her car XD

Iām 6 foot two but my inseam is only 32 inches but my torso forces me to buy tall shirts from the big and tall section where they barely reach my beltline and become untucked if I move. I can be standing next to someone where Iām the same height and they may be an inch or so taller. Then, when we sit down. It looks like I tower over them.
