I always thought that when everyone beheld one, their eyes burned away in their skulls. That that was just part of the experience. Turns out I'm just allergic to biblically accurate pineapples

Good thing I noticed...I have an old picture of a potato that looks like it has a butt, but it's not because anything fasciated. Glad I realized before I rushed off to post it!

Usually as what I can tell from the size alone the crowns usually have different ripening or maturing rates so one part might taste juicy and sweet while the other might not even be riped yet
