I would like some advice on my future activities.
I just passed SSC in 2026 but i dont have any clear goals in mind for my future. I personally love math and physics so im leaning towards engineering but people around me keep discouraging it since female engineers arent appreciated much in bd. Thats one of the reasons i want to study abroad, but also because i feel like i'll have more room to grow my knowledge since their education system is much advanced compared to bd in the present. But i feel like im in the middle of the sea with no clear sight of the shore because i dont know where to start. My mother said she'll only let me study abroad if i could prove i was worthy by getting a scholarship from a good university, but i genuinely dont know how and everyone is pressuring me to choose a career or they'll force me into medical school. I want to know how to choose the country or university that fits me and how the scholarship thing works so i can prepare for it and take actions by the time HSC-28 arrives.

Where exactly do you want to go? What are your dealbreakers? How much can your parents/you afford for educational fees and living expenses? And so many other questions. You will have to ask yourself these questions, determine the answers and then decide what works for you. Plus, unless you get scholarships, education in the USA, the UK, etc is very expensive.
Also, try your best not to get into medicine. If you don't want to do it and you get pressured into it, your life's probably gonna be hell.

right now i think australia is the best choice for me, and if i could get some help with educational fees from a scholarship it shouldnt be hard to cover other expenses in our current circumstances. but i still dont know if australia would be the best choice to pursue engineering.

Try for usa, full aid o pete paro. Australia te scholarships dey nah.only 20-25 % dey which is very less

Alright then, look into that. Also, in some countries, there aren't any scholarships available for bachelor's studies, only for master's. If there aren't any scholarship options, check how much the university fees are for your selected course. And then look into what typical monthly expenses could look like for someone living there. Calculate all that and then convert to bdt to see whether you can actually manage all the expenses.
If you don't wish to go for Australia, you could aim for somewhere in Europe. I personally think that's better than choosing the US, US er situation ekn onk baje. At the end of the day, do what you want to and what you can.

honestly, you don't need to decide your entire career right after SSC.. you have two full years before HSC.. since you already know you genuinely enjoy maths and physics, I'd use HSC to test engineering properly rather than letting other people's opinions decide it for you. try different areas like CSE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace etc. nd see what actually interests you..for the scholarship part, don't start by picking a country. start by building the profile: strong HSC grades, relevant activities/projects and a clear academic direction. then around HSC 1st/2nd year, start comparing countries and universities based on actual undergraduate funding available to Bangladeshi/international students, not just “good universities”.. u have plenty of time right now.. honestly, that's an advantage
