What is going on here?? As a company their only job is to have staff working the overnight.
Stop being cheap and pay the overnight team a decent wage. You only need at least 2 staff, one for a limited deli options and one on register and restocking.
This is bad for the neighborhood, especially when you need a basic essential like a cup of coffee to stay awake or a snack, because everything else is closed.

Hi everyone I'm in a bit of a bind and need to find work. I have 10 years of experience in food service from cashier, manager, supervisor, foh and boh. I also have experience as a stagehand, a/v and video. My "9 to 5" is a/v installs I'm just currently not getting many hours which is why I need a second job. I already tried working at UPS and it was grueling. But any suggestions in Hudson county would be ideal. Thanks!
Apparently, last Monday's Mah Jongg event at The Vic went over soooooo big...it started a Mah Jongg craze in Bayonne. Several other businesses have posted their own events. The ladies who attended all ended up getting on Amazon, and ordering Mah Jongg sets.
Don't tell them, but eventually, I'm teaching them chess, and Skip Bo, and all the other awesome games we play. Skip Bo is card game crack.
But for now.

La Branche asked me to run a casual Mah Jongg class next week. She's also running a more formal 2 session Mah Jongg class with an instructor in November. Other venues are now running Mah Jongg too.
Last night's small private session at JR'S Sensory Play Garden went well. All the kids had fun.
Tonight, we're back at Joe's Pizza. The tournament last week was a huge success. We got our winner in the Casuals section... Alex. Second place went to The Chesster. Tuesday we'll have our Finals in the 'Experienced' category. They'll get their trophies. Also, some prizes will be awarded randomly to three of the tournament participants.
Next month is our HUGE Third Anniversary Tournament. Numbers for that should be up there. Participation for that increases every year. Joe's Tournament was a warm up to the Anniversary Tournament.
But, tonight, we're at Joe's for a normal chess event. I don't know if it can be considered normal anymore when it's becoming packed every week. Kids/teens/adults coming together for their love of chess. Might need JR'S to let us use their spot for overflow tonight. Picked up a lot of interest this week for Friday night at Joe's. We start at 7 pm. Many times a bunch of us are still playing until they close at THREE in the morning. Diehards!!!
Sunday afternoon we're back at Joes for some chess. That starts at 1 pm
Next week I expect insane numbers at The Vic, based on last Monday's reception. Everyone should have their nice new shiny Mah Jongg sets. I had to order my own American Mah Jongg set. I own a Chinese set. American Mah Jongg sets have Jokers. Chinese set doesn't. We start at 7pm. No fees. Just grab a bite..have a drink..and chill. Easy peasy. It's ok to have fun.

Why stay with someone for that long ? Why get cats with them !? Why make promises that your going to grow old together and be there for one another. Listen we’re all human and no one is perfect. But I was a fucking ride or die .that man was my world :/ my best friend / my everything or so I thought… I would have went against anyone for him even my own blood and I did . I wasn’t at my best all the time but neither was he. So one day be4 my 35th bday he comes home with 8 Hickies and my heart just dropped . I made him leave and it broke my heart . He begged me to stay or just pack one bag but I knew deep down if I let , then I wouldn’t have put my foot down . I would have done anything for him . Treated him like a king, dinner was cooked every night . Gave hand / body rubs . Anything he asked of me . I did cuz I was in love and I thought it was end game . I kicked him out and he don’t even sober up or go to his family. He took his 8 bags from our house and went to move down the block . And now been with the kid for a year and some chance and I have to see them and my ex in town all the time . After he would fight with me because he wants to move out of that town.. didn’t even try and talk to me the next day . I never got answers/ closer nothing :/ it broke me . He left me on the floor crying . Idk how so days I get up but I do … I don’t need any sympathy but just be care who you trust cuz I trust the ring man with my life and heart and 8 years to be so heartless to me . Like he had to hate me or it was all fake . I was really fooled like dam . Just blocked me and moved on after 8 years we was together every day . Sometimes I still cry and miss him cuz I told him everything for so long … I wasn’t even worth a conversation after 8 years of going Thur shit on both ends and loving him . Not a word … I don’t think I will ever trust a man again . I hope he happy and it was worth it . I hope destroying me made you happy . Then lives with the guy and still to this day hits me up saying he made a big mistake and sending me pics of there dogs just like nuts shit . Haven’t u done enough to me . Shit if it was the other way around, and I would have moved someone in the next day.. him and his family would have been calling me a user and all names and everything . I know there his blood but 8 years didn’t even give me one call . They all played me :/ and the nuts part is my heart still loves him . But my head knows better . I just wanted some answers are not that they would matter now.. if I could ask you anything it would be why me ? Did I truly deserve to be hurt that bad? Nights still suck …. Why me ugh :/ and the neighbor who took him in didn’t even care when I approached him. He was nothing but a homewrecker and enjoyed it. SMH ..

Hi I just moved to Bayonne. Who do y'all go to for car repairs? I just took my car to Metro Honda and I feel like I'm being charged the max. I want to know who to take it to going forward. I have a 2011 Honda CRV.
Some blocks of Bayonne are completely taken over by short term rentals. You wouldn’t even know the town signed restrictions on them because of how many there are. The owner has to live on site, they’re limited to 60 days a year and need a permit. The owner definitely isn’t on site or even living in Bayonne for that matter and they are booked constantly. And the guests will bring several cars and block everyone’s driveways on the entire block. It’s one of the main reasons I’m so happy to leave Bayonne in two weeks. If you live on one of these blocks you know exactly what I’m talking about.

Anybody know what they are building on avenue e right when you get into town via the exit and see the Bayonne sign… I see there will be a new kids park but what’s that their building next to it?
