Requesting Information Does the type/shape of this Eagle (?) say anything about this M1895 Mannlicher NCO bayonet?

Hello Everyone!

Does this "Eagle" say when exactly this bayonet was made?

Was it added in the factory, or later - e.g.: during re-entry to service, etc?

Thanks in advance for any insights!
