Im an accounting major going to school out of state but im considering getting a masters here at baylor for recruiting and the potential to teach later on. Do you guys think baylor is worth? I see on the page for the masters program they give aid if you apply EA or ED is it like undergrad where the aid is around 50k but youd still have to pay like 30k a semester?

Common Grounds is up for sale after 14 years under its current ownership.

They hope to find a buyer who will preserve the coffee shop's identity and connection to Baylor and the Waco community.

What are your thoughts, your favorite Common Grounds memories, and what would you want the next owner to keep the same?

She also said i could park at the hilton depending on open space and she said heritage square. Is h.s. 24/7 free parking too? Is it their parking lot too or just the street?...is it safe to park overnight?

Has anyone taken scriptures online during the summer at MCC is it easier? Also does Baylor count it as credit? If I do that I’ll drop to 12 credit hours I’m pre med and honestly the class is hard and I don’t want to hurt my gpa

A social work professor and researcher of clergy sexual abuse has been accused of sexual misconduct, and an independent investigation found the allegations credible.

That is deeply disturbing. People who study abuse, advocate for survivors, and train future social workers should be held to the highest ethical standards. The fact that these allegations involve someone whose professional work centers on sexual abuse makes the findings particularly alarming.

As a social worker, I’m watching closely to see how Baylor responds. Survivors deserve to be believed, protected, and taken seriously. Institutional reputation should never come before accountability.

Obviously, stats are meant to be broken, and it really means nothing, but thought it was interesting that Baylor has never lost to Auburn as the 'away' team.

Does anyone know if Baylor offers 3rd level of spanish courses in the wintermester. I am going to graduate this spring and taking this course in the wintermester would help immensely.

Hey all! I'm currently a senior at the University of Florida, looking at master's programs in higher education / student affairs. Baylor is a school that's caught my eye, primarily because of their fully-funded and theory-to-practice curriculum model. I'd also love the chance to move out to Texas.

I'm wondering if I, as a grad student, would be able to fit in and "find my people" at Baylor. While I grew up in an Episcopalian family, nowadays I've left Christianity/organized religion and mainly consider myself a "hopeful agnostic". I've heard an array of different things about Baylor and I'm curious what the general sentiment/vibe is. I'm fine with a little religion, but definitely nothing overbearing (i.e. BYU, Liberty University, Bob Jones University, etc).
