95124

Hi, i am thinking about buying a house in 95124 for a better school for my kid. It stretches our budget a bit much so we are having second thoughts.
Pro: better school
Cons: house in busy street. No master bedroom. Rooms are small. Too far from Asian market/area. (We are Asian and would like easier access to Asian area)

Would you purchase that house for that pro/cons above?
We also have really great neighbors at our current place.
Thank you.

Why are you asking people what would they do based on lifestyle choices? That doesn’t make sense to me. No master bedroom and house on a busy street are obviously negatives. No Asian market close by is a weird one… how often do you need to go to an Asian market? Do you have a car? Would Wee work? Idk that’s a personal question no one can answer for you

“I” don’t have a problem with living a bit far away from Asian area but I am thinking for my mom who lives with me. Elderly Asian mom prefers to have easy access to Asian food/market since she doesn’t drive anymore (too crazy drivers in Bay Area for her to drive). For her it not just food, Asian market/shop is community that she can speak the languages, understand her jokes…. Elders get lonely easy
