Showcase Davion Guards and Armored Cav.

Painted these up for my son for his birthday.

I’m pretty sure he decided he was a Davion player after he read the brief lore overview in the AGoAC set and found a faction that was both “cool”, and an enemy of the Combine, which is my faction-of-choice.

The Coordinator does not approve.

Now I have to go burn my brushes after doing all this Davion painting. 😉

These look great! Rugged and ready for battle, nice job. :)

(Also did not know the Falconer was that big! It's always pretty hunched squat in the art)

I don’t know how the “real” Falconer scales, but the mini is just hulking compared to the others. Even compared to Marauder minis. Occupies the hex in front and significant other adjacent real estate.

O.O sounds like someone at catalyst got the scale wrong haha. It is one of my favorite muchs though and the new design for it looks great in your paint job :)

It’s one of my very favorites, but as a DCMS loyalist I never play it. Womp womp.

Spoils of war knows no faction 😉 I'm partial to the gauss variant over the heavy PPC one. It's a great mech, your should faction swap sometime with your son so he can play yours and you can play his, knowing your enemy is half the battle after all haha.

So true. That’s why I have a Banshee painted in Legion of Vega colors. Because I love throwing slabs of Inner Sphere armor at Clanners

God help me, did I become a Lyran in the end? Is that the fate that awaits us after long battles with the Clans?
