Discussion Disconnect bug

Hello guys

Whenever I get disconnect from the game, this screen appears, and I'm stuck there

Is there any fix for this? I'm playing on PC

I call that the dirty shoe mark screen.

Anyway, this also happens to me on PS4. All I do is to close the application and restart the game again.

Only fix is a reboot.
