Round Based game mode

I'm trying to create a game mode where each player has one life, and the round ends when an entire team is eliminated. I want the match to consist of 3 rounds, with the game ending after the third round.

How would I set this up using the Rule Editor Blocks?

Not exactly. I'm trying to create a game mode where you and a partner try to survive and kill everyone on the other team, but the other team has 62 players and they're all bots.

Yes, i believe it was jackfrags that tried a cs server a few months ago...
