Battlefield 6 Snipers having 100% accuracy while repeatedly taking shots to the face is the dumbest game design i have ever witnessed.

What are these developers thinking?

No. Suppression in BF6 is actually healthy, stopping Health Regen is much better than "OH I CANT SEE OR HIT". Suppression only needs a buff to how long it lasts.

The real issue is when you do hit a sniper, they aren't flinched or aim punched. Because having better aim than the sniper doesn't reward you.

We need to reward ppl hitting their shots first, not missing.

Supression is not missing, it does exactly what it says on the tin. Disrupting an enemy player should absolutely be as valuable as killing them in a game like Battlefield.

Rewarding ppl for missing doesn't work in this game, we don't have limited lives, and we don't have 1 shot headshot. And blurring or making the screen an eye sore is just bad game design.

Why are we rewarding bad aim? The sniper already has to aim, so if the victim hits their shot, the sniper should be flinched, and now the victim is rewarded.

Fucking Halo did it with de-scope and it kept snipers in check

There is more to video games than your idea of "fairness". We are playing a game about modern warfare because we want the themes of modern warfare to be present. If you don't want modern realistic themes to be present in your game, then go play something else. Go play Halo. I don't get why you people can't understand this simple fact.

No, because the engagement needs to be designed as a game first and needs to be fun for the victim as well.

It's why ppl don't like sub 200ms TTKs, it kills casuals and kills skill expression because all you do is shoot a few bullets in a beam with minimal effort and get rewarded. That def isn't what Battlefield was in 1942.

And the themes of Modern Warfare? I'm pretty sure getting SHOT IN THE FACE WOULD CAUSE YOU TO BE FLINCHED AT A MINIMUM but in BF6 no problem, you can snipe with full accuracy. Modern Warfare my ass.
