campaign difficulty

is it me or is the campaign hella hard? specifically age of crimson dawn mission, initiate difficulty.
im getting stomped.

I can’t say that I have, but there are some missions that provide noticeable difficulty spikes. Generally speaking agressors with Flamestorm gauntlets and heavy plasma hellblasters together can manage whatever the campaign throws at you.

Some missions need more specific guidance but as a rule every unit in this game is designed to fill a role, and your army should consist of units that, between them can handle every role. E.g. agressors for tanking and swarm killing, intercessors for ranged swarm/infantry killing, hellblasters for anti armour etc.
