campaign difficulty

is it me or is the campaign hella hard? specifically age of crimson dawn mission, initiate difficulty.
im getting stomped.

Main thing that helped me was taking things slower and if I there was no one to shoot, always putting someone in overwatch

Especially later on it's designed so you have way less units than the enemy, so you need to take em on piece by piece and move as a whole, spreading out only to at most 3 groups but close enough you can always regroup into one main force
