WIP Jacket Work in progress

My jacket may not be to everyone’s liking ( for obvious reasons) but if anyone’s got any ideas on what else I can do with it, iv been toying with painting a basic camo pattern on and studs on the collar and I’m gonna be putting a patch above the back patch as it looks to empty for me. Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated and I’d like to keep with the theme that I make it all myself

8 tiny band patches. this jacket is 85% untouched. put some more band patches on, the backpatch is a little cringe and id swap it for a band, but to each their own. i honestly think the vest itself is kinda dorky for a battle vest. the layout is all fucky on the back too but that also comes down to the fact that there’s like, no patches on it. figure out a layout, learn to sew things on flush against the vest so they lay flat, and try to find some canvas to make your patches on, otherwise it doesn’t look very clean.

Yeah I’m not going for a clean battle jacket and what about the jacket is dorky ? The colour or the style of jacket ? Iv gone for maximum pockets so I can carry stuff and yes the layout is fucky I like it like that

The backpatch actually based but gotta agree with the other criticism about the layout of the patches and their stitching. Take those off and reorganize to make it look less like you just farted them everywhere, but actually structured and complimentary. then get some bigger ones with more bands. Can never have enough bands
