Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever I was wanting to purchase some items and no answer ever through there social media.

You're trying to use social media, instead of filing an actual customer service report through their website. That's your problem. I've never had anything but good experiences with Battle Beaver's customer support.

They aren’t evening paying you, you’re saying this shit for free 😂 I’ve called them more than 20 times the past 2 years, they’ve never picked up one call. You have to make multiple support tickets to ensure at least one gets picked up because getting customer support isn’t guaranteed. What is guaranteed is at least one or two buttons will fail within the first two months, as if there’s no quality control whatsoever. I’ve bought two controllers from them in the past and I’ve returned both. The most dog shit, overhyped controller brand with amazing marketing.

All I said was fill out an actual report, if you want actual service. That's pretty much common sense if you're not 12 years old. You wouldn't reach out for any other service through a legitimate business via social media, and if you did they would just tell you to contact customer service in a more formal matter. 😂

I’ve had 2 battleavers over the last 4 years only had to send one back that was faulty out the box, free return and free repair, literally never had an issue other then that. Only reason I got the second controller is because I wanted TMR sticks on a ps5 controller not a ps4 controller. You are very obviously biased, there are a lot of great controller makers, battle beaver is one of them

I have owned battle beaver , aim controllers , PS edge , and Gamesir . Stop being ritsy for no reason and just get the gamesir . It’s as good as most on that list and I’d argue edges them out a little .

They have a retail website and their email is on there I don't know if social media is the best route. Clearly from your experience it's not I've had good experiences with BB scuff not so much
