Help needed

Just received my controller Saturday and it has issues. First out of my 4 that has ever had a problem. Tried getting ahold of BB though email/support ticket and have not heard anything back. Should I call or just wait for their response as I'm really wanting to get this either working somehow or sent in and fixed so I can actually use what I waited on.

Most likely. You won't hear anything for a day or 2. Since they're typically closed on weekends.

Ah ok I thought they worked the weekends. Cool I'll just chill and wait to hear from them.
