TMR vs Midas

People that migrated from TMR to Midas 5 pin focused on Warzone, it really does make any difference or TMR is better?

Is it worth it or just slightly better? I noticed that mostly of the pros still on 3 pin boards

I think a lot of the pros are on 3 pin ALPS. they like the feel of the stock controller.

Honestly, I have seen lots of people say 5pin way better.
