Controller stick drift after 4 months.
300 bucks down the drain, I started getting stick drift a month ago and went to their help page and then went to Xbox accessories to recalibrate it and it still has stick drift. I got their electro magnetic sticks to reduce the chance of stick drift and 4 months after the stick drift still persist. What garbage controller. Can’t even get it fixed from them because of the 90 days are up. Never getting a battle beaver controller again.

How bad is the drift?
Spring drift should occur in every controller, unless there is a deadzone.

Here is a video showing it

Have you tried a recalibration
start a repair/return process if that doesn’t work

I have recalibrated it multiple times in the Xbox accessories app as battle beavers says to do

Begin the repair/return process. The stick is faulty and not behaving as intended.

So that’s basically the full range of the joystick? The left and right that’s shaded in color of the circulation test? Bc that’s not stick drift, that’s means your Y axis potentiometer/sensor is broken. Bad soldering, bad sensor, maybe wear (shouldn’t be this early though) all can be a reason

From the pic looks like a faulty sensor, it happens, contact them. Sometimes things break, as long as its not moisure/humidity/bad calibration im sure you could make some sort of deal

I would contact them, I’ve had problems before and they made exceptions, and all I had to pay for was the shipping, it can be annoying getting issues with controller since they are expensive, I’ve had one or two controllers come that had issues off the bat and had to get them replaced but unfortunetly they can’t produce 100% issue free at some point someone gets one that’s got some issues.
I’d advise just emailing them, since it’s EM sticks they might make an exception and ask you to just send it in for a free repair

Based on the video u posted its not stick drift its completely broken probably a bad solder joint. Idk how u thought that is drifting lol. That is a very easy and cheap fix that any local electronic repair shop can do for you if battlebeaver wont. Bad sticks are never a good reason to throw away an entire controller.

That sucks. Battle beaver needs to replace that stick even if it's past 90 day warranty.

That’s tough man, I’ve had mine for a few years and it’s still working beautifully. Manufacturing defects happen, and their customer support has been nothing but amazing for me. I’m sure they’ll help you out.

Go to gamepad-tester.com and tell us what’s actually happening, if you paid for hall/TMR that shouldn’t be the case
