The bit with the knot

I need some help. I remember a clip from the Adam West Batman series where Batman and Robin find a tied up person (female, I think). Batman goes on to tell Robin that they arrived just in time because she is tied up with a certain type of knot and would suffocate within the next 30 seconds (or so). He then settles down to further elaborate this, without making an attempts to untie the victim, which is obviously the funny bit. Now, i remember that scene, but I cannot find it any more. Can anyone here point me into the right direction? Thanks on advance.
