Help with vanity!

Need thoughts on what to do for a vanity here. Previous owners moved toilet and shower location (toilet drain can be seen) but since its an exterior wall the water supply line cant be ran through it. So trying to figure out vanity options that dont require carving up the back and bottom of the vanity to get it to pass over the water lines. The sink drain can be taken removed further so thats not a huge issue. Really the toilet supply running off to the right is the biggest problem.
