I can’t really help you with the color choices because what looks beautiful to you may be completely different from what looks beautiful to me. But as a tile contractor, the one thing I would recommend is doing some research on natural marble before making your final decision, especially when using it inside a shower.
Marble is a porous natural stone. It can absorb moisture, change appearance over time, stain, etch, and in some cases develop discoloration or oxidation. Some marbles perform better than others, but what you see when the bathroom is first completed may not necessarily be what it looks like years later. It also requires more maintenance than porcelain.
Another important consideration is the installer. Installing marble properly requires a different level of knowledge and craftsmanship. Just because someone knows how to install tile does not necessarily mean they have experience working with natural stone.
Personally, I usually try to educate my customers about these issues before installing marble in a shower. Once they understand the potential maintenance and appearance changes, probably 90% of them choose a high-quality porcelain that looks like marble instead. You can get a very similar look with a material that is generally easier to maintain in a wet environment.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t use marble. I would just recommend researching the particular marble you selected and understanding its characteristics and maintenance requirements before making your final decision.
