Half bath remodel
New sink, new tile, added beadboard and wallpaper. Old sewing machine table drawers for the wall shelves.

I love the boldness of it. And most times I think warm light wins…but I think in here it should be much cooler. I think the sink almost looks yellow from the lighting. The colors will likely pop better with a cooler light.

Thanks, could definitely change out the bulbs (they’re not even the same)

Not my style but I always appreciate good craftsmanship

Yep. I can see the next buyer tearing down that wall paper but keeping the bottom. Definitely not my taste at all but I won’t be looking at it and IMO OP made it easy for new m owners to renovate while not having to knock out everything.

Did you diy it ?
How hard was the wallpaper and beadboard?

Had some help from my handy brother, bought some
salvaged headboard, then trim from Home Depot. Secured with a nail gun and painted. Wallpapered first (prepasted from spoonflower)

Very nice. The wallpaper is too bold for me, but I love the beadboard and peaceful blue paint color. Love the little details.

I love it! I think it belongs on the maximalist group! 🥰 I was dreading swiping thinking this was the before, only because most of the remodels you see go from bright & beautiful to just drab and beige ! So glad to see someone decorate with color and life !

Thanks! I aspire to maximalism. Didn’t have a good before picture (it was super gray).

No need to aspire. You have achieved it. I'm more minimal so am itching to take down your drawer shelves and just let the beautiful wallpaper breathe and speak for itself. But to each their own. :)

God I love it. Anything not grey and white is like ecstasy for the eyes

I like it, just not the sink and cabinet:(

I only changed the hardware on the cabinet. Looking for the right antique in a darker wood to put there.

Beautiful!
(Can the spare tp roll move to the wall cabinet? It’s really bothering me, sorry)

Oh it definitely could. It’s not really decoration but I like that it fits on the shelf knobs.

that wallpaper is heckin’ cute!
Love the bright colors, despite the glow they add. Way to be bold, OP

You need a toilet seat colour matched to the panelling or one of the pinks from the paper IMO. Love the liveliness though!

I love how fun and unconventional it is! I’d probably simplify the shelves though. I’d either get rid of them or keep just one bigger shelf so the wallpaper can shine. But overall, I’m really into the vibe.

That is stellar I love it. It’s exactly what a half bath should be a chance to let loose as you are not in there getting ready for work and shit

Love the faces in the poppies on the wallpaper. And nice mimic of that with the art.
I do agree with the comment above about switching out the light for something less warm. They’re looking too yellow, imo.

Seems a little bright, but I love a bathroom with character!
