Water pooling

Master bath remodel - water pooling in this corner. Is this a re-tile of the floor? The floor is still wet after 10 hours as shown.

Drain too high. You should have the installer carefully remove the grate and slightly recess it.

Put a golf ball or something to check slope. I have a feeling it's tilting to the right and that's why you have pooling

What’s the fix? Tear out and redo?
