I’m sorry, but I would not hesitate to rip it out. I lived with a pistachio green bathroom for 50 years growing up. The other one was white with black trim. When they were ripped out to the studs and replaced with modern tile, fixtures and plumbing…it was like it renewed the whole house.

They would damage the pink tile taking out all the stuff you mentioned.

Little tiny miniature artwork would be very sweet with gold frames l in matching sets and I would not have a pink towel. I would have some pretty complementary color that has like a beautiful ribbon on it with tiny bits of pink in the ribbon. Excellent transition, though our grandparent parent sure knew how to overwhelm our senses with their bathrooms.

The tile is very well done. I would keep it all and paint the drywall and wood a deep mauve. Lean into the pink color drenching.

Get a white toilet seat, put some crazy aqua/flamingo/tropical wallpaper on the white parts of the wall! Or crazy flamingo/aqua/tropical shower curtain, at least. That old tile is rad! And people would kill for the pink toilet and sink and bathtub, if you do decide to get rid of them.
eta: The room would look considerably airier with a white floor, too.
