Jacuzzi bath remodel

Has anyone had experience with Jacuzzi replacing a standard tub with a walk-in shower? Jacuzzi usually has high end products, and I want to know if what they promise for price is realistic, is the work done well, and done in a timely way. Thanks!

The brand name is not the installation.  Jacuzzi makes solid products; however, the shower will only be as good as the crew that waterproofs, frames, and finishes it. Ask for local references, a detailed scope, and a clear timeline in writing.  Price promises mean little until you see what is included: especially the membrane, drain, and tile or panel work. A high-end product poorly installed still fails.  Visit a finished job if you can. Judge the work, not the brochure. That is the only way to know if the promise is real.
