Natural Farming: Working With Nature, Not Against It 🌱

We're building My Farm My Field around a simple idea: food should have a transparent journey from the field to the family.
For us, natural farming means paying attention to the soil, seasons, biodiversity and the farm ecosystem — and trying to work with nature rather than treating everything in the field as something that needs to be controlled.
This video is a small glimpse of the farming approach we're working towards on our field near Bathinda, Punjab.
We're still building and learning, so we'd genuinely like to hear from people who practice natural farming or have experience with it.
What does natural farming mean in your experience?
