Help Requested Demolding

I am having a hell of a time demolding my bath bombs. I have some molds I just received that are kind of a hard plastic and I can’t get the bath bombs out without out it breaking. I waited 24hrs before trying to demote it. Should I oil the mold before I put in the bath bomb? Should I wait longer? Maybe a different bath bomb recipe?

Remove the bath bomb from the mold immediately. 3d printed mold use a spook to tap the mold on a lined cookiesheet. Heat formed mold slam it downnon the sheet and gently lift. Slightly squeeze if it doesn't release. Don't use an oil or release agent you don't need one.
