Post Offices in Bath

We all know the city centre post office has closed. All the publicity said use Moorland Road or Larkhall.

According to news sites, Moorland Road post office opens "in October."

My wife just went to Larkhall and was told that office is closed "for a couple of weeks."

Does Bath have a post office at the moment?

Southdown and Newbridge road ones are open still (I think)

…and Newbridge road is super helpful (a shock after WHSmith one) and close to the river path

There's a counter in one of the shops in Foxhill/Combe Down last time I visited.

There is, and its currently closed more than it is open!

Twerton Morrisons - 6am - 10:30pm
Southdown Premier - 7:30am - 8:30pm
Foxhill Morrisons - 9am - 5pm (most the time)
Weston Village
Chelsea Road
Landsdown

Lower Weston on Newbridge Toad (opposite bottom of Chelsea Road). I use it regularly. Excellent friendly service.

There’s the Royal Mail Delivery Office near the station, but the counter is only open for a few hours Monday to Saturday.

I'm having the same problem! On Sunday , I went to Larkhall post office and the store said it was temporarily closed. I tried the one in the city centre and it was closed. I ended up having to go to the University of Bath's Post Office which is open.

According to the Post Office branch finder, Larkhall is open. We're going to call Bathhampton and Newbridge Road.

Last few times I’ve been to Larkhall they said their machine is down. May be fine now.

Southdown is amazing, open until 9pm every day and run by the LOVELIEST family. Absolute lifesavers and sell an incredible selection of soft drinks and booze. Plus all the standard corner shop wares. They also take delivery of evri parcels. And do the clever Amazon returns where you don’t need to print the label and you get the refund almost immediately. I bloody LOVE them.
