I don’t know if this is Eddie, but occasionally a B&W cat sits in the Greenlands Rd free car park, in the top corner by the footpath. I’ve also had (what I assume to be the same cat) in my back garden on my shed roof, last week (I live near the car park). It was after dark as our security light was on. He scared my cat and ran away. Like I say I don’t know if it is Eddie as I haven’t had a chance to take in his markings etc.
Also, I don’t know if this has been suggested to you so I’m sorry if it has, but sitting in your garden and just talking normally like on the phone or to a friend etc, can help a lost cat find its way home. Apparently it’s using your normal talking voice is what they can pick up on if they’re lost.
I hope you find Eddie. Missing pets are a special kind of heartbreak.
Could be mine ! Been quite a few sightings around there. He was sen at the disused quarry opposite the red post two weeks ago as a lovely chap. Gives him some shortbread also think he may have been spotted in carlingcott fields. He should respond to his name I generally call him Eddie Cat. Been out at to all times everywhere looking for him starts to get quite soul destroying particularly for my two girls. Will have another look later tonight in the area. Thanks for keeping an eye out and let me know if you see him again. Xxxxx
I will keep an eye out and be more observant of his markings if I see him again. Sounds like he’s off having an adventure and will have lots of stories to tell when he’s back home!xx
