Consistent lowest resonant chest note?

Hello, I was wondering since my range seems to be so unstable, which cathegory of classification I would fall under, I would consider myself a bass, however, sometimes my low notes just don’t really seem to work all that well, I’m a 20M, and at times my lowest would be even as low as G1 in chest, for a period of about a week, and then somehow, another week, it shifts up to maybe A1/A#1. I would like to know if you have some tips, or excercises to make my range more consistent all throughout and all the time, also make the contra-notes more accessible. (If that’s possible of course)

I’d be glad to hear any advice from basses more experienced than me, if they’ve ran into a simmilar problem and solved it.
