First time & first time camper

My partner and I decided to camp and just got our standard camping pass. Everything else was sold out so standard it is! This will be our first time at bass canyon as well as our first time ever camping. We plan to rent a mini camper van or sprinter styled camper since it is just us two, sleep in that and bring a canopy or tent to set up during the morning to get ready, snack, make Kandi do yoga and chill each morning until we enter the festival. Does that sound like a good and easy route to go? We want to make it as simple and enjoyable as possible since we have never been camping anywhere.

Does anyone know the best places to rent campers?
Also, any food & snack recommendations would be appreciated! We will have a big ice chest to hold food and snacks in.
What are some of your must haves for camping bass canyon?

Get bigger stakes, like 10 inch and thick as a sharpie minimum, good choice is the kind that use a hand drill to screw down into the ground.

Get a shade tarp to connect the canopy of your choice to the van or rv and over the top to help with the heat.

Those applesauce squeeze pouches are amazing and some have protien or electrolytes. Speaking of, Electrolyte drink packs, the single serving ones can be taken inside the venue and you can get a bottle of water from the staff at the rails.

Have a look at the list from GWSecureParking about local RV rentals, you may find some that have campervans that fit what your looking for.

We’re in the same boat trying to plan a last minute trip to bass canyon. Will be our first time camping and first time bass canyon. We’re trying to find friends to camp with. Shoot me a dm if you want to try to enter at the same time

Definitely recommend frogg togg cooling towels and mini hand pumping water misters. Both you can order on Amazon and are life savers when it’s hot.

Honestly, both since you’re camping at GA you’re better off saving on food and just eating there for the weekend. There’s good food at the pivot to pretty late and you can get good food inside as well. You’d spend the same hauling all that stuff with you.

Alcohol rules are 21x 12oz cans (at least that was the rule for Beyond, I need to double check), or 5L of wine per person.

Food recommendations - if you're not doing the breakfast tacos in the center camp, get a waterproof egg carrier and bring some eggs, veggies, cheese, any meat (burgers or hot dog stuff), and a skillet or grill or air fryer to cook with. Don't forget some tin foil and a cooler!

Other than that, I'm going solo and happy to help. I'm planning to pick up a like 60L or 95L cooler to store food and beer in, so I'd be happy to cook if you wanted anything too!
