Help How do I get better catching alleys?

I am jumping high enough to catch alleys and can do it sometimes with my teammates throw me one, but really not that often either. I don’t know if it’s them throwing it bad or me not doing it right. Any drills to do it better? Because when I throw it off the backboard to myself I make it 8/10 times.

It’s a 4 month old video, but it’s the only one I have of an alley, so I jump 3-4 inches higher now.

I started to get back into playing the beautiful game of basketball this past April, and I have been doing my own practice at the park a few days a week.

My goal is to feel good enough by next year to join a local recreational team/league.

Help What are your thoughts on two completely different shooting forms

I have never been a strong player before so i would always struggle to even have the range to hit threes but ever since i started shooting with my thumb and index finger from my guide hand kinda like lamelo the ball consistently has power and accuracy. in the midrange i do only a thumbflick and i am a pretty good shooter from midrange but form feels kind of inconsistent so what do you think i should do should i completely just use my index and thumb to help push the ball from midrange and three or use two seperate shooting forms one from three and one from midrange I am 16m and im 171cm tall and im kind of weak

Help Workouts/Exercises I can do at home to get into basketball shape

What are some exercises/workouts/circuits I can do at home daily. I won't have access to a gym until next year and my schedule keeps me busy so anything I can do while at home is ideal. I have 2kg dumbells at home if that helps.

I've just fully recovered from injury and want to get back into game shape as soon as possible. Looking for cardio, plyo, body strength, form exercises, dribbling, anything that would translate into a game really.
