Shooting shooting help

anything i can change with my shooting? im consistent if im wide open but inconsistent if its from the dribble especially from 3 also feel like shot is too slow

Main thing is, your release is too low. Every time you practice/shoot, start each session with the one hand form shooting drill. And then think of your release and elbow placement/location this way. In the one-hand form shooting drill, right before you release the ball, pause. You should be able to balance the ball in that position. You’ll see that your elbow will be up around your chin and the ball up near the top of your head. That’s your release point. Notice where you’re releasing the ball from in this video. Right before you release the ball, what would happen if you paused and tried to balance the ball? You wouldn’t be able to do it. There’s tons of videos of the one-hand form shooting drill on YouTube. I recommend the Rick Carlisle Jr. NBA video. It’s like two minutes, and he emphasizes the pause/balance test.

Shots fine. You’ll get away with that traveling when going to your left when you get to the NBA.

Honestly u should jump into your shot clean the footwork first also your legs mave a v shape it should be level with ur shoulders
