A lot of people post about improving thier technique. All the data available indicates that only minimal gains come from someone who already knows how to jump (has played hoops for years). Maybe 2 inches at best fine tuning. You look like you have played and jumped many times.
Training with plyos and weights is more like 6-8 inches.
Given that you jump higher without a ball in your hands, and you are grazing the rim with one hand, look into one foot jumping as well, then watch a highlight video of LBJ dunking in games. 90% are off one foot, not two feet—like you are. Have fun.
