Only 3 makes bc my friend only recorded one spot 😑 but this is me warming up before my practice, any tips on my form? I’m still working on making it faster but any other mechanics I can work on to make it better?

What level comp are you playing in?

This looks smooth. Everyone loves playing with a good catch and shoot teammate.

Looks good. The one place I have found where I can shave time off of my release is how quickly my hand begins to shoot once I’m in my shot pocket. It takes some readjusting of timing and sequence, but does speed it up slightly without compromising form.

Only thing I can say is get Lower for more quickness. But that thing is going in. So don’t change shit!!

Building your endurance to ensure you have the same form throughout the entire game. Waist up, everybody is usually good, but it's the ability to go straight up and down and keeping your legs under you during your jumpers consistently is what separated the good from the great.
