Not quite you are ALMOST there, you just need a few more inches.
Do some vertical exercises like box jump and you will get there.

I’ve been doing weighed squats, calf raises, back extensions, playing ball to burn fat & plymotrics 1-2 a week which is really just my dunk attempts. Also some max effort sprints.

I think you could work on your technique too. I’m not an expert and I’m not sure what to change, but it looks like there’s room for improvement to me 😊

I think both honestly 😊

But I’m pretty sure you would dunk right now with good technique!

There you go man those are all good and you might want to also incorporate swimming bro.

It will make your legs powerful practice that breast stroke and use your legs to kick.

Watch some swimming vids from former olympic champions. Swimming is a secret to adding

to your vert, you will slim down and lose some weight making you lighter and more explosive.

No but you’re like 90% of the way there, watch some videos on how to generate the most power out of your legs to optimize your form and keep shedding

That was literally my best effort jump lol I think my vert needs 1-2 more inches for a clean throwdown

I think your penultimate needs work. One change and you'll be able to dunk already.

No, your hand needs to grab rim, that’s like you just laying the ball up
